Legal information
Draft for the preview website. Updated September 10, 2026. This website does not yet accept real online payments: PayPal is in test mode. This document is not a final sales agreement or a complete privacy policy. Before sales begin, the seller’s identity, business details, fulfillment terms and data practices must be confirmed, and this document must be reviewed under applicable law.
1. Health and nutrition information
Recipes, articles, videos and other educational materials introduce food preparation and general nutrition principles. They are not individual diagnoses, medical prescriptions or a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional, in person or remotely.
Educational nutrition discussions must not include diagnosing or treating disease, prescribing medication or stopping prescribed treatment. Calling a service a “consultation” or describing it as “not a medical service” does not change what it actually involves. Before a personal service is purchased, the provider’s qualifications, scope of support and limitations must be disclosed.
Do not stop or change treatment prescribed by your doctor based on this website. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an eating disorder, or are planning a child’s diet, discuss significant dietary changes with an appropriate professional. Do not delay medical care while waiting for a consultation through this website. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
2. Allergens and recipe safety
Check every ingredient and the specific manufacturer’s label before cooking. Substitutions change nutritional values and may introduce allergens. Cross-contact with allergens may occur during production, storage and preparation.
Descriptions such as “gluten-free” or “vegan” do not, by themselves, establish that every purchased ingredient or finished dish is safe for a particular person. If you have celiac disease or a food allergy, follow your doctor’s advice and the relevant ingredient-selection and preparation requirements.
Follow food hygiene, storage, cooking-temperature and shelf-life guidance. Fermentation, canning, raw ingredients and wild plants require particular care. Do not use plants unless you are confident that they have been correctly identified and are safe.
3. Expectations and results
Buying a collection or consultation does not guarantee weight loss, symptom relief, changes in laboratory results, or the prevention or cure of disease. Outcomes depend on many individual factors. Testimonials and personal stories are not a promise of similar results.
Collection titles and references to particular eating approaches are not independent medical prescriptions. Statements about education are not equivalent to a license to practice medicine. Responsibility for accurate advertising and mandatory consumer rights remains in place regardless of these disclaimers.
4. Digital collections and orders
Collections are digital materials, not printed books. Three-dimensional book images represent digital covers. Preview pages show only part of a collection; buyers should refer to the description of the selected product.
Before a real payment, the seller must disclose the language, file format, contents, technical requirements, delivery method and timing, final price and charge currency. If a collection has not been translated, a translated website interface does not mean that an English edition exists.
Adding an item to the cart is not a payment. The website currently offers only PayPal Sandbox testing: it does not create a real purchase or deliver collections. When real sales begin, confirmation and fulfillment must rely on a verified payment status, not merely a browser message.
5. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Before confirming a real payment, buyers must be able to review the final amount, chosen currency, applicable taxes and fees, refund terms and seller information. Bank or payment-provider conversion terms and additional charges may differ from website prices. Payment-method availability depends on provider rules, the account and payment instrument, not just the country selected.
This draft does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule for digital products. Withdrawal rights, remedies for defective products and other mandatory rights depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the order. Where immediate delivery of digital content requires separate consent and acknowledgment of the consequences for withdrawal rights, these must be obtained before delivery. Visiting this website alone is not sufficient.
Refund time frames, complaint handling, and consultation cancellation and rescheduling rules have not yet been approved. They must be provided before real sales begin. For an incorrect or duplicate charge, or undelivered materials, contact the seller with order information. Do not send passwords or full card details.
6. Use of materials
Copyright in text, photographs, videos and collections belongs to the respective rights holders. Purchasing access does not transfer copyright ownership. The permitted scope of use must be stated in the terms of the particular purchase.
Without appropriate permission, collections may not be resold, published in full or distributed to third parties, except where expressly permitted by applicable law. Statutory quotation rights, fair use and other legal exceptions are not waived.
7. Privacy
The current Privacy Policy describes order information, analytics, email, service providers, and privacy requests. It replaces the earlier draft description of data practices on this page.
8. Planned products
Supplements, hair element testing and genetic tests are not covered by this draft as services already available for purchase. Before offering them, separately review sales eligibility, benefit claims, the laboratory’s and provider’s roles, informed consent, sample collection and shipping, interpretation limitations and protection of sensitive data.
A recipe collection or educational consultation must not automatically include medical testing or genetic-data processing without a clear, separate arrangement.
9. Responsibility and applicable rights
Website information may be updated. Errors and technical problems should be corrected, but acknowledging possible errors does not remove obligations under an existing contract. Changes to terms must not retroactively diminish rights already acquired by a buyer.
Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, access to courts or regulators, or other lawful remedies. Dispute procedures and governing-law provisions must be determined after the seller and sales markets are confirmed.
10. Seller and contact information
The seller’s business details have not yet been confirmed. The name Green Hills ltd in the site design does not, by itself, identify the contracting party. Before real sales begin, publish the full legal name, country and registered address, required registration details and contact information. If a separate Russian sole proprietor handles purchases in Russia, their role and details must be clearly disclosed before payment.
For preliminary questions, message Valentina on Telegram. A confirmed, permanent seller contact for complaints and personal-data requests is also required before launch.
